According to the whole caliber data (including banking and securities) on foreign direct investment in 2007, there were 37,888 newly established foreign invested enterprises, down by 8.69% year on year. China’s foreign investment in actual use amounted to US$82.658 billion, up by 13.8% year on year.
From January to December 2007, 37,871 foreign invested enterprises were set up in China’s non-financial sector, down by 8.69%, and the foreign investment in actual use was US$74.768 billion, an increase of 13.59% year on year.
