TIRANA, Dec 5 (ATA) - By A. Gjonaj/ - The General Directorate of Customs will install an x-ray scanner at Durres customs checkpoint.
The information sources at the aforesaid directorate made known on Wednesday that GDP Director-General Perparim Dervishi and representative of NUCTECH company Sung Xiaoming signed an agreement on the scanner, which is a donation of the Chinese government. Attending the ceremony of agreement's signing, was also the Chinese Ambassador to Albania, Yang Jungling.
This is the first time an x-ray scanner to be installed at Durres customs checkpoint. It is a donation of the Chinese government.
