According to 《Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China》, the following tourists should declare to the Customs when entering into China :
1/ who brings Chinese currency cash more than RMB 6,000, or gold or silver and/or their products more than 50 g.
2/ non-Chinese citizen who brings foreign currency cash more than USD 5,000 or its equivalence.
3/ Chinese citizen brings foreign currency cash more than USD 1,000 or its equivalence.
